Welcome! My name is Maritza Torres and I work in a learning and development role, where I create and facilitate leadership learning programs. Prior to my current role, I worked in higher education for over 10 years as an administrator and adjunct faculty member. Throughout my career, I have taught, advised, developed curriculum,

facilitated, and published articles and books on leadership learning and scholarship in higher education.

 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my friends, and all things Peleton and indoor cycling. I'm a proud dog mom to a mini goldendoodle named Benny and one of my happy places are coffee shops!
